On first hearing of 'oh la la' song in 'The Dirty Picture', I always thought there is a telugu song..
The song is "Ammayi... Kokanta.." song from 'praja rajyam'.

I guess this song itself is infleunced by "Uyyamma Uyyamma mushkil yeh kya hogayi" song from Mawaali with music by Bappi Lahari
